Stumbled upon this write-up from the New York Times 1991 today. As a result of this article I received orders from Macy's, Bonwit Teller and it really push me away from bespoke and into the world of wholesale.
Many things have changed, I now work in wool felt, as fur felt is just a very limited market, but true style never changes.
